Laura the Teacher

This week Laura finally fulfilled a longtime ambition and began teaching her first college-level course.

Laura was approached by VCU’s School of Business to teach a course a couple years ago, but as she was then 8 months pregnant, she had to turn it down, knowing she’d never finish out the semester. She was convinced the opportunity wouldn’t come around again, but last month she got a call asking her to teach an investments course to juniors and seniors. You go girl!

The boys and I will do our best to hold down the fort on Monday nights and try not to burn the house down. 🙂
